Advanced Powder Products is a lean manufacturing operation that utilizes its knowledge and component control plans to offer expedited manufacturing. Since our Quality System is designed for fast change over between product runs, we are able to start and stop process with extreme speed with no deleterious effects on the quality of the components. Typically, if a client is in need of a set of components at an accelerated speed, we work with our local tool shops to produce a high quality short lead time tooling and put it directly into production utilizing our previously developed control plans. In this way, we produce a short lead time component. We may also make enough components to allow our client some breathing room and then modify the tooling to our clients exact specifications for their long term needs.
