We are capable of producing feature sizes in the 0.001-0.003 in (0.025-0.076 mm) range by utilizing our skill in the selection of raw materials, in component design, and the design of high resolution, complex tooling. A microcomponent may require some design changes to fit our high volume manufacturing processes, however, we work closely with our clients to ensure that the functionality of the microcomponents remains intact after these modifications.
