Since Advanced Powder Products does both development and manufacturing of components, we can easily transfer the developed process and feature technology directly into manufacturing. We know how and why a component will behave in a certain way. In fact, we develop our FMEAs during our development phase and this allows us to easily respond to any non conforming behavior that we may observe. We also are very comfortable with new materials since we have multiple degreed materials scientist/engineers on staff. Thus, we are capable of controlling a process that requires conditions differing from those of standard commodity materials.
